If necessary (and requested), we select the cut only from specific areas of the hide. All of this is in service of sample books that represent only the best quality of our client’s product. This way, the client is also informed of the value of the material to be invested in the project.

What are the production times for a leather and eco-leather sample collection?

Thanks to our Lean Production approach, we can provide reliable timelines from the very first stages of the work. Correctly receiving the hides (in terms of surface area and the full set of colours) allows our production managers to plan machine scheduling early on and identify the weeks needed for processing and delivering the material. The more precise we are in the early preparation and control stages, the more accurate the delivery times we can communicate right after receiving the material.
