Depending on the client’s product, we can receive rolls or large-format sheets of wallpaper. For paints, we usually receive the sheets on which the client has already applied their product or paint. We start from the sample dimensions and the way the client will supply the material. We enter the data into calculation software that can already provide the material required at the quotation stage. This way, the client is also informed of the value of the material to be invested in the project.
Thanks to our Lean Production approach, we can provide reliable timelines from the very first stages of the work. Correctly receiving the wallpaper and paint materials (in terms of quantity/footage and the full set of colours) allows our production managers to plan machine scheduling early on and identify the weeks needed for processing and delivering the material. The more precise we are in the early preparation and control stages, the more accurate the delivery times we can communicate right after receiving the material.
Yes — we can literally design new products and bring the client’s ideas to life thanks to our dedicated graphic development team. We can take care of the product’s aesthetics as well as prototyping. If requested, the packaging of the finished product can also be customised with branded boxes and bespoke solutions.
