What is gender equality?
Kimoco has employee wellbeing as its primary objective, achieved through a constant effort to create an environment where everyone is proud to work, thanks to valuing diversity and inclusion — and has adopted a Management System compliant with UNI/PdR 125:2022, verified by an accredited third-party body.
It is a UNI Reference Practice (UNI/PdR 125:2022) that defines the requirements and guidelines for the management system relating to gender equality policies within organisations.

KIMOCO has activated a reporting system for any conduct not compliant with the above practice, concerning for example:
Managing and submitting reports: The methods for submitting and handling reports are described in the “Report Management” procedure available in this section, together with the “Gender Equality Reporting Form”, the “Gender Equality Policy” and the “Gender Equality Policy and Practice”.
